Select and highlight the Response Code in the document and Copy it. Open up the RTF file which contains the Response Code on your music computer. You will need to transport this document back over to the music computer.Ä¡3. Move the RTF file to a flash drive, hard drive, or burn it to a blank CD/DVD. ![]() Save the document as a Rich Text File (RTF) with a filename of your choice.Ä¡2. ![]() The Response Code will now appear in the document. Open up a blank new document in a text editor application. You'll then receive a Response Code, which you'll select with your cursor and copy (Control-C on Windows or Command-C on Mac):Ä¡1. Please enter the details about your Computer as well, as it will be necessary if you require tech support.Ä¡0. You'll then paste your Challenge code in the field on the Authorization page. Enter your Omnisphere serial number in the box that appears below the button:Ä©. If this is your first authorization of Omnisphere, you'll need to add it to your account by pressing the "Add a product to your account" button under the Registered Products table.Ĩ. For further assistance, check out the tutorial video. If you don't yet have a User Account, you can create one. You will be taken to your User Account page. Go to Finder -> EFI -> CLOVER -> edit ist with any text editor, search for 'Boot': in the 'string' field of its arguments.Using Clover Configurator, mount the systems EFI partition under Tools > Mount EFI. Log in to the Spectrasonics website with your User Account name and password There are the steps I followed to fix the issue of Omnisphere showing a blank Challenge Code field: 1. Highlight the entire challenge code in the document and Copy it. Open the RTF file on a computer with an Internet connection. Flash drives are recommended because they are cheap and quickly move files between computers.Ä¥. You will need to transport this document over to a computer that has an Internet connection. Save the document as a Rich Text File (RTF) with a filename of your choice.Ĥ. The challenge code will now appear in the document. Open a text editor application (such as Text Edit (Mac), Notepad / Wordpad (PC)). Click the COPY button to copy the challenge code.Ä£. You will need a flash drive, hard drive, or blank CD/DVD available for use when following these instructions.Ä¡.After instantiating Omnisphere into your sequencer, click the Omnisphere splash screen:Ä¢. If your computer is not connected to the Internet, please follow these instructions for authorizing Omnisphere. Your Spectrasonics instrument should now be fully authorized and operational.GETTING STARTED - Authorizing On A Computer NOT Connected To The Internet Re-open your instrument's standalone application or add a new instance of it into your DAW. Close the standalone application, or completely remove the instrument(s) from the tracks in your DAW. Return to the Authorization screen of your instrument and press the PASTE button, you will see the Response code populate the corresponding box.Ä©. Click the CONTINUE button, and you'll be prompted to restart your instrument.Ä¡0. Transfer the text document back to the computer you are Authorizing, then highlight and copy the longer Response code (be sure not to include the Challenge code).Ĩ. Return to the text document and paste the Response code below the Challenge code, note that the Response code is much longer than the Challenge code.ħ. Youâll then receive a Response code, click the blue Copy button.Ħ. Fill out all of your personal information on this page and then click âSubmitâ at the bottom of the page.Ä¥. If this is the first authorization of your instrument, you might need to add it to your account by pressing the âAdd a product to your accountâ button under the Registered Products table.Ĥ. Copy the URL into your web browser, and press enter. Once you save and move this file to your computer with internet access, open your text file. This will paste the proper authorization link into your text file which you can then transfer to a computer that is connected to the internet.Ä£. Open a text editor, like TextEdit, or Word, and select Edit > Paste. NOTE: The "click here" link copies the URL address to your Clipboard, however, you will not see a visual change when you click on the "click here" linkÄ¢. On the bottom of the Authorization window (highlighted in red above), click the blue "click here" link. You will now see the Authorization System window:Ä¡. Once you have you have fully installed your instrument from the USB Installer or the Full Installation folder from a Download Manager, open your instrument as a standalone application or within your DAW. ![]()
